I still get breakouts every now and then and the best thing I have found for them is just a dab of lavender essential oil or tea tree oil. You can get both of these at most health food stores and many pharmacies. They are natural but can be toxic if ingested (and smell very strong if dumped on the carpet, trust me on this one)
so take care not to use too much, screw the cap back on tight, and always put them up high where kids can’t get into them!
I used to be more than happy

REALLY?
I feel like anything oily is the last thing you want on acne-prone skin. I find it hard to believe this works, but I'm game for anything! I'll have to try it.
Essential Oils - there are good and bad brands
You'll need to do some research as to which essential oil brands are good and which aren't. We probably have over 100 here with a very large book to go with them. I've used them for a variety of ailments from bee stings (reduce the swelling) to using them sparingly in my ears. BUT, you have to know what you're doing.
They're better than popping pills!
