aspirin and nosebleeds
I had nosebleeds every few weeks since I was a kid until I was nineteen, when I was taking aspirin almost every day (I was young and naive) and having nosebleeds every day. That was when I made the connection.
The nosebleeds were always from the left nostril, on the inner side against the septum.
Eventually I had an otolaryngologist (specialist) locate and cauterize the problem spot, and the problem ended.
Because I am a Canadian, I didn't have to pay for the procedure, and never even saw a bill. Have no idea how much the provincial plan paid for this. It's that way for ALL medical expenses and ALL surgeries in Canada, except elective procedures, of course.
